How we do it
How do we install radiant floor heating?
Radiant is designed before the slab is poured, not after.
- Heat-loss based layout so each zone gets the right tubing spacing.
- Tubing in slab or staple-up depending on the floor build-up.
- Manifolds and zoning with a thermostat per zone.
- Boiler or combi unit sized for heating and domestic hot water. Gas work by licensed gas technicians.
- Pressure test before the pour and commissioning after.

What affects the cost of radiant heating?
We quote a fixed price from drawings or a site visit. These are the things that move the number.

Common questions
Is radiant floor heating worth it in a new home?
In basements, bathrooms and open-plan spaces it gives the most even, quiet heat. It is most cost-effective when installed during construction.
Can one boiler do radiant and hot water?
Yes. A combi boiler or a boiler with an indirect tank can supply both when sized correctly.
Does radiant replace air conditioning?
No. Radiant heats; cooling still needs a ducted or ductless system.
Who connects the gas?
Gas connections are done by licensed gas technicians as part of the installation.
