How we do it
How do we plumb a restaurant fit-out?
We work from the kitchen layout and equipment list, and flag compliance items before construction.
- Review layout and equipment for drain, water and hot water needs.
- Size the grease interceptor for the fixtures and equipment connected to it.
- Rough-in on the GC schedule, often in a tight window.
- Backflow device installed and tested.
- Final inspection and handover with maintenance notes.
